Ben has extensive experience as a litigator in actions relating to personal injury and multi-defendant claims involving employers, host employers, head contractors, occupiers and third parties. He advises on personal injury and public liability claims, as well as third party workers’ compensation and recovery matters.

He has worked on matters ranging from slip and trip claims to claims involving catastrophic injuries. His experience spans sectors including construction, healthcare and retail.

Before joining Wotton Kearney, Ben managed a varied portfolio, representing Victorian employers and insurers, and had responsibility for the conduct of litigation in multiple Victorian courts.
